Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Leeza Skin. If you are not satisfied, please review our return/exchange policy below.

1. Eligibility:
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items:
- Damaged/Broken/Used

3. Process:
- Email us at leezaskin@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- Once approved, ship the item to our return address at your own cost (unless defective/damaged).

4. Refunds:
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges:
- Subject to stock availability.
- If the item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.
