During warmer months, please ship whipped tallows or balms to an address where they won’t sit in the heat. We cannot accept returns or refunds for items left outside to melt.
If your balm arrives soft, place it in the fridge for 20–30 minutes before opening.
Melting does not affect its moisturizing benefits, but the whipped texture and volume may change.
